I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I’ve had the tv for about one month. I love it. The picture is awesome. The controls are simple. The quality seems great. Highly recommend.

This works great for my LCD TV (46″ Samsung @50 lbs), however, I don’t know if I would trust it with a heavier Plasma TV. There are only 4 lag screws that connect to wood studs, which wasn’t enough for me. The wall it is mounted to has a closet behind, so I actually used 3 extra bolts and bolted it through the wall to angle iron on in the closet. Now, if the TV falls off, either the wall fell down or the product (swing arm) failed. Besides the connection to the wall, I don’t know if the swing arm could support 150 lbs 20″ from the wall.

This TV is amazing for the price. The picture is crystal clear, especially on HD. I bought it at Sears also for $799. The other comment about it not having an optical audio input is true, but I just ran my optical digital cable from my DVR cable box straight to my sound system and it works great. The picture is wonderful when playing DVDs as well, although I do not have a BluRay player.br /The 720 isn’t a big deal on this model. My parents have a 1080 Phillips and on HD, the picture is just as good on this Samsung. The 1080 is slightly better on SD channels, but they paid $1100 more. I did lots of research before buying, and you can not beat the picture quality and clarity for this price. The colors are amazing, the blacks are very black. We had to adjust the brightness and color a little, and the TV has many different settings such as sports and cinema which you can switch for better color on different types of shows.br /I would highly recommend this model.

I bought This TV with very reasonable price and service is real good tha tincludes Delivery as well as after sales customer service..the only thingi have to mention is i got defective piece @ the cost of New so quality is not good got vertical thick different color line at half screen stay for 20 minutes wheveer you turn ON the TV which is repaired by samsung service man at home butin other word i can get better refurbished TV at that price..

They claim this product to be less than two inches from the wall. After mounting it, we discovered it’s nearly three inches and looks silly having our plasma sticking out so far. We will be getting a replacement.

This is a good mount for the price. I dont understand how other mounts could cost 2-3x more. This mount does exactly what you want it to do - hold your TV securely. Plus it also tilts which I think is essential. It included all necessary hardware and even came with a small bubble level. My only complaint is that the base plate is narrow. It was just wide enough to catch two studs. If the base plate was wider you could easily mount a 45″+ TV but I suppose thats why it says it is ony for up to 40″.

The Television is awsome. I also purchased the hdmi cables (6 foot at $9.50 each) and the tilt wall mount for $89.00 that holds up to 200 lbs.br /The white glove delivery was great. They brought it down to my basement, unpacked the TV hooked it up, made sure it was working, and took away the big box. I had originally purchase the 50″ but returned it for the 58″. Amazon had the guys pick up the 50″ when they delivered the 58″. I only had to pay $79 for the delivery for the 50″ back to Amazon and of course the additional cost of the 58″. Ive had the new 58″ for a month and love it.
